High precision, functionality and compact design combined in one simple product: GE Sensing’s Druck DPI 104, a new addition to the world of pressure sensors

BILLERICA, MASSACHUSETTS, NOVEMBER 14, 2005.

It is not only compact and highly precise, it is also functional, robust and simple to use. “It” is GE Sensing’s new Druck DPI 104, a digital pressure gauge that provides high precision measurements at a price that offers its customers the best value solution on the market.

“ The DPI 104 can function either as a stand alone process indicator or as a test device with our extremely popular line of hand pumps”, says Tom Reid, product manager, “With the DPI 104 we can now offer a bundled test and calibration kit including pump, gauge, test hose, case and accessories at an exceptional price.”

“The DPI 104 is supplied in pressure ranges up to 20,000 psi (1400 bar), surpassing competitive products on the market that typically only handle pressures up to 10,000 psi (700 bar), while maintaining 0.05% FS accuracy. In addition, the DPI 104 features standard functions such as min/max, tare, alarm, switch test and 0-5V analog output. The meter is designed to maximize the operator’s ease of use, with features such as an intuitive menu display, a round 20-segment bar graph that provides a quick visual pressure estimate, a numeric indication of percent full scale, an adjustable housing that rotates 320° around the pressure fitting and a faceplate that can be rotated in any direction for easy viewing. ”
