XRD 3003 Stress Analyzer Ball Bearing

XRD 3003 Stress Analyzer Ball Bearing

The SEIFERT XRD 3003 Stress Analyzer Ball Bearing is specially designed for the inspection of balls and bearings. It is based on the reliable XRD 3003 Theta/Theta in use all over the world in industrial as well as in research applications. It is equipped with the ultra-fast XRD line detector Meteor1D. Furthermore, an X, Y, Z table allows the fast measurement of a tray with many parts for high sample throughput after adjusting the height with the Z gauge. This gauge can be a mechanical one installed at the diffractometer or the XRD 3003 sample preparation station can be used for highest efficiency. The residual stress analysis is done by the omega scan technique, the data evaluation by the RayfleX Stress package.
