Standard systems are used for material characterization in research & development and for quality assurance in various industries. A variety of machines are designed for special applications. The SEIFERT Analytical X-ray Residual Stress Analyzer play an important role in Automotive and Supply industries. In semiconductor production, systems are directly integrated in the production line for the orientation of single-crystalline materials (ingots and wafers). For the Aersospace industry, systems are designed to operate in real-time mode in Laue back reflection technique for the determination of the orientation of single crystal materials.
