3300/75 Reciprocating Compressor Valve Temperature Monitor

This module accepts up to six (6) temperature inputs from RTD or thermocouple sensors mounted to observe the temperature of reciprocating compressor valves. The monitor allows the user to group temperatures and compute average and differential temperatures, showing when a particular temperature deviates from the other temperatures in a valve grouping, thereby indicating a problem. Due to the scan times inherent in the monitor, it is intended only for reciprocating compressor valve temperature applications, not other critical temperatures such as bearing metal temperature or motor windings. For such applications, use our 3300/30, 3300/35, or 3300/36 temperature monitors instead.

3300/81 Six-Channel Rod Drop Monitor

This monitor accepts up to six (6) proximity probe inputs, mounted to observe the piston rod on a reciprocating compressor. It can be programmed with pertinent machine geometries, allowing it to convert rise or drop observed by the probe at the piston rod to the amount of rise or drop occurring inside the piston, useful for determining rider band wear.
