Motor Condition Monitoring
Bently Nevada offers two powerful condition monitoring solutions for a variety of motor applications.
For critical large, externally wye-connected 3-phase AC motors, the Motor Stator Insulation Monitor (MSIM) solution helps keep motors running in optimum condition. The MSIM solution delivers the industry’s only continuous, direct measurement of stator winding capacitive and resistive leakage currents, offering a credible indication of motor availability and reliability.
For plantwide condition monitoring of other motors and driven equipment, the AnomAlert Motor Anomaly Detector supplements the benefits of traditional condition monitoring systems at a very competitive cost, and with a very simple installation and user interface. It utilizes an intelligent, on board model-based approach to provide valuable and timely anomaly detection capabilities for most induction, synchronous, and variable speed electric motor driven equipment. Monitoring is continuous and frees up portable data collection manpower resources, to the point where they are used for detailed investigation as required.
